Ursa Maple Syrup Co.

In early spring, winter in the northwoods of Wisconsin begins to loosen its icy grip on life and the sap begins to flow in the local Pulaski Maples. In celebration the Boie family began getting together to tap the trees and boil down that sweet sap, tip back a few libations, puff on a cigar or two and gaze up at the brilliant stars on those crisp Sconnie evenings. So was born a tradition and the Ursa Maple Syrup Co.
